Delete Your Account

This page explains how users can request deletion of their Celebo Events account and associated personal data.

How to request account deletion

1. Open the Celebo Events app.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Go to Profile / Account Settings.
4. Tap the Delete Account button and confirm.

Alternative request method

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to: celeboadmin@celeboapp.com.

Please include the email address or phone number used for your account.

What data is deleted

• Profile data (name, contact details in app profile)
• Event-related user data linked to your account
• Uploaded media linked only to your account, where technically possible

What may be retained

• Minimal technical logs required for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance
• Backup data for a limited retention period (up to 30 days), after which it is deleted automatically

Processing time

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
